Agreement to Terms / 本規約への同意
By using the website and services provided under the name “Oh Ohkini Tours,” operated by Trekood LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.
Oh Ohkini Tours（以下「本サービス」）は、合同会社Trekood（以下「当社」）が運営しています。本ウェブサイトおよびサービスをご利用いただいた場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

Description of Services / サービス内容
Oh Ohkini Tours provides locally operated sightseeing and cultural experience tours, primarily in Kyoto and surrounding areas.
Oh Ohkini Toursは、京都を中心とした地域において、観光案内および文化体験を目的としたローカルツアーを企画・提供しています。

Scope of Services and Legal Position / サービス提供範囲および法的位置付け
The Company is not registered as a travel agency under the Travel Agency Act of Japan. Therefore, we do not provide services that require travel agency registration, including but not limited to:
Arrangement of transportation
Arrangement of accommodation
Package tours or travel contracts
All tour guide services offered by Oh Ohkini Tours are limited to activities that do not require registration under applicable laws and regulations.
All services are provided exclusively within Japan and do not include overseas tours or international travel arrangements.
当社は旅行業法に基づく旅行業の登録を行っておりません。そのため、以下のような旅行業法に基づく業務は行っておりません。
・交通機関の手配
・宿泊施設の手配
・募集型企画旅行や手配旅行契約の締結
Oh Ohkini Toursが提供するツアーガイドサービスは、関係法令において旅行業登録を必要としない範囲に限定して実施しております。
また、すべてのサービスは日本国内においてのみ提供され、海外向けまたは国際的な旅行手配は行っておりません。

Reservations and Payments / 予約および支払い
Reservations for tours may be made through external booking platforms or directly through the Company, depending on the tour.
When reservations are made through external platforms, all terms regarding payment, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the policies of those platforms.
For reservations made directly through the Company, the Company’s separately stated conditions shall apply.
ツアーのご予約は、外部予約サイトまたは当社への直接予約により行う場合があります。
外部予約サイトを利用される場合、支払い・キャンセル・返金に関する条件は当該サイトの規約に従っていただきます。
当社へ直接ご予約いただいた場合は、当社が別途定める条件が適用されます。

Disclaimer / 免責事項
While the Company takes reasonable care to ensure the safety of tour activities, participants acknowledge that tours may involve walking, outdoor activities, and exposure to natural conditions.
The Company shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by natural disasters, participants’ negligence, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
当社のツアーは、特に危険な行為を伴わない内容で企画しておりますが、徒歩移動や屋外活動を含む場合があります。
天災、参加者ご自身の不注意、または当社の管理が及ばない事由によって生じた事故・損害について、当社は責任を負いかねます。

Intellectual Property / 知的財産権
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
本ウェブサイトに掲載されている文章、画像、ロゴ等の著作権および知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断転載・使用を禁止します。

Changes to the Terms / 規約の変更
The Company may revise these Terms of Service without prior notice. The revised terms shall become effective upon publication on the website.
当社は、本規約を予告なく変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。
