Collection of Personal Information / 個人情報の収集について
The Company collects the minimum necessary personal information, such as names, email addresses, and other contact details, when customers make inquiries or reservations via inquiry forms, email, or other communication methods.
当社は、お問い合わせフォーム、メール、またはその他の方法によるお問い合わせやご予約の際に、お名前、メールアドレスなどの必要最低限の個人情報を収集いたします。

Purpose of Use of Personal Information / 個人情報の利用目的
The collected personal information is used solely for the following purposes:
Responding to inquiries

Managing reservations and communications related to tours and accommodations
Personal information will not be used for any other purposes without prior consent.
収集した個人情報は、以下の目的のみに利用いたします。

・ツアーおよび宿泊に関する予約管理やご連絡
お客様の同意なく、これら以外の目的で使用することはありません。

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties / 個人情報の第三者提供
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the customer’s consent, except in the following cases:
When required by law
When outsourcing business operations necessary to provide services
当社は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
・法令に基づく場合
・サービス提供に必要な範囲で業務委託を行う場合

Reservations via External Platforms and Direct Booking / 外部予約サイトおよび当社直接予約について
Tour and accommodation reservations may be made either through external booking platforms or directly through the Company.
When reservations are made through external platforms, the terms and conditions regarding reservations, cancellations, and payments are governed by the policies of those platforms.
For reservations made directly through the Company, the Company’s own terms and conditions will apply.
ツアーおよび宿泊のご予約は、外部予約サイトまたは当社を通じて直接行うことが可能です。
外部予約サイトを利用する場合、予約・キャンセル・支払いに関する規定は、当該予約サイトの利用規約に従っていただきます。
当社へ直接ご予約いただいた場合は、当社の定める条件が適用されます。

Security Management / 安全管理
The Company implements appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information.
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、漏洩、紛失、改ざん等を防止するため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
